What is DuPont™ Cyrel® DigiFlow ?
DigiFlow is a new digital workflow enhancement to deliver superior print quality and productivity. A modified UV main exposure creates a controlled atmosphere which allows a 1:1 reproduction between the Laser Ablation Mask of the digital plate (LAM's) and the plate.
Combining the DigiFlow Technology with advanced hybrid screening technologies like i.e. Esko's Microcells better highlights and higher solid densities can be achieved.
What is DuPont™ Cyrel® DigiCorr ?
DigiCorr was specifically developed to reduce fluting when printing with thicker plates directly on corrugated board. In the DigiCorr process the plate exposure is conducted in a nearly pure nitrogen atmosphere. As a result the dots reproduced on the plate have a broader base, steep shoulder and a deeper relief, that is ideal for the corrugated post print process.
